Your right to withdraw from an order (EU customers)
If you live in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from (cancel) your order within 14 days, without giving a reason.
How long you have
The 14 days start the day after you, or someone you name (other than the courier), receive the goods. If your order arrives in separate deliveries, the 14 days start when you receive the last item.
To meet the deadline, you only need to tell us you're withdrawing before the 14 days are up.
How to withdraw
Use the "Withdraw from contract here" button on this page. You'll be asked for:
- your full name
- the email address you used for the order
- your order number
